Hi, I’m Kira Lancian — founder and CEO of TenX Seattle Marketing Agency. I launched TenX Seattle in July 2025 (our business originally began as GearUp Digital Agency LLC, registered in July 2023) to help businesses — small, medium, and enterprise — win online. As a partner in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business in the Philippines in 2020, I dove deep into digital marketing and client services.
